Royal Life Saving Society – Australia (RLS) is recruiting to the position of National Manager – Vocational Training and Workforce Development to coordinate the organisations vocational education and training program. The position provides support and leadership to the RLS network of State and Territory Member Organisations, and their activities as Registered Training Organisations.
The position will manage the RLS VET committee, implement the VET capacity plan and design, program development and implementation of workforce development initiatives. Our VET and Workforce programs are aimed at but not restricted to the Aquatic and Recreation Industry, as well as reinforcing the imp
ortance of lifesaving and emergency response skills across the community.
The ideal candidate will have specialist skills and knowledge in the vocational education training sector and/or instructional design, as well a willingness to facilitate, build solutions and support a diverse network of stakeholders.
This position is based at our office in Broadway, Sydney and has the potential to become a permanent part-time role for a suitable candidate.
