As part of the changes all individual guidelines will undergo a new look and will include the following content changes to each Guideline:
Effective as of Date – This will provide a forward date in which the new guideline should be implemented by and will be separate from the publication date giving aquatic Facilities time to plan, resource and implement
Scope – Each Guideline will now have a statement that will describe who or what type of facility the guideline is relevant for
Forms / Templates - A number of Guidelines will include a range of forms and templates that may be used to support the guideline
Descriptive rather than prescriptive - one of the key changes that will occur gradually with the guidelines is to move the focus of the content to be more descriptive with options rather than prescriptive (you must) in nature
